Our shipping policy is simple and professional because we know how important it is for you to receive your order as quickly as possible.

• We ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them.
• Orders placed before 12pm IST are shipped out the same day.
• Free shipping is available for orders over Rs.5000/- and all orders are shipped via Bluedart services.
• Custom and Made-to-Order items may require additional time to ship depending on the size and complexity of the work. We will send you a tracking number when your order ships.
• Please note that although all shipments are insured, lost or stolen packages are not covered by this service. If you need your package replaced, please contact us directly at koffyklub@gmail.com
• Shipping charges vary according to destination country and weight of package (fees apply for oversized items).
• Orders are shipped internationally using UPS WorldShip Service (available in over 150 countries worldwide), which provides guaranteed delivery by date required by customer’s chosen carrier within 2-3 days

• Shipping fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• We can ship worldwide but make sure you select the right shipping method at checkout.
